Can you suggest the best position for sex during pregnancy.

I'm 7+ month pregnant and has started to feel uncomfortable with the usual position which is woman on top. After a few thrust, I always feel like I need to urinate.

Can you help me with suggestion for the best sex position during pregnancy?

In your later months of pregnancy sex can be a bit more of a challenge. 

There are a few positions that come to mind that we were able to use successfully during our pregnancies.  Doggie style worked well as did having my wife scoot to the edge of the bed and I would stand on the floor and enter her from there.  Oral is always a good option during the later months of pregnancy.

I have been pregnant eight times, once with twins. Even with the twins (who were full term, so I was basically a ball on legs) we managed to make love right to the end, to the night before in many cases. Doggie style is definitely the best position for penetration, but not for foreplay. We would normally have me lie on my side for some foreplay action (in the last week of pregnancy my husband would stimulate my nipples in an attempt to jump-start labour), and then I would flip over, with some pillows underneath my abdomen to help cushion it. Doggie style felt great because the pressure of the baby/babies is taken off the organs.

Something else that worked was spooning, with my husband lying behind me. This was not a great position for him to come, (we would often move from spooning to doggie to achieve that) but spooning was good because he could make me come, and also have access to my breasts.

We found in the last trimester that a spooning position worked well for us. We would both be on our sides with the woman in front of the man. He would be able to enter from that position. Because of the position, thrusting would be gentle as well!
