This may not be in your area of "expertise", but before we can get very
far at this point is dealing with vaginal dryness. We are in our young
sixties, in good health and physical condition and would like to
rekindle the spark from our earlier years, but have not been able to
overcome the dryness.
Lubricants, the most obvious remedy, do not hold up and she
experiences physical discomfort to the extent that she is not often open
to intercourse, and by association, turned off by other intimacies,
which in the past usually led to sexual intercourse. On the advice of
her physician some time ago, she discontinued taking hormones, which
worked great. Any suggestions? I am dying to use some of your

There are literally dozens of different lubricants on the market.
There are oil-based ones, synthetic, water-based, ones with glycerin,
ones without, etc. Some are easier to clean up, some break down condoms,
some can cause irritations, etc. So, just because you tried one or more
does not mean you have found the best one for your situation.
The synthetic ones tend to be the longest lasting but there are cons to
it as well. Some of the more popular labels in this category are: Eros,
