My girlfriends vagina smells awful sometimes to the point where I want nothing to do with it. This makes it very difficult to give any oral or any form of pleasure at all. Do you have any tips on how it can be fixed?

Dear no name -

All vaginas smell. Just like all penises smell and skin smells. However, while a vagina can certainly smelly "musky" it should never smell foul. 

Women's vaginas are pretty sensitive things and they need the right healthy balance in order to stay fresh and clean.

Here are a few things that might be causing her vagina to smell like rotten fish.

* She could have a STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease).  If she has let even one person touch her there before you, she has a good chance of being diseased. Sorry, that's just the facts.  Not all STDs will cause the smelling to occur but some will

* She has poor eating habits. The fresher the food she eats, the fresher she will smell/taste.  Alcohol and cigarettes are major contributors to smelliness.

* She hasn't washed herself recently.  There are lots of folds and flaps there where sweat and dead skin can fester and spoil. A quick shower will help tremendously.

* She douches.  This is one of the worst products out there for women's vaginal health. It flushes away all the "good" bacteria which keeps the place clean.

* She could have a yeast infection. If so, she should take care of it.
